Greece: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family January 4, 2012 at age 82. Now united forever with her husband, John; and son, Peter. She is survived by her children, David (Mary Kuhn), Dean (Karol), Kathryn (Bill) Healy, Christine (Sean) Madden, Karen (Stirling) Danskin, Daniel (Patricia); grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Elizabeth, Michael, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Peter, Jaclyn, Moira, Colin, Jillian, Galen, Stirling, John, Dylan and Daniel; several nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the loving staff and "extended family" at Cottage Grove. Esther was a loving and caring mother, teacher and volunteer in the community.
Family will receive friends 4-8 PM Friday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Saturday at St. Christopher's Church, 3350 Union St., North Chili. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Esther's memory may be made to Cottage Grove Memory Care, 50 Cottage Grove Circle, North Chili, NY 14514.
