Rochester: Born October 26, 1915 passed Tuesday October 9, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Spallina; parents, Anatoli and Antonio Sylvestri; 4 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly (Tony) Pulvino; grandchildren, Mark (Lori) Pulvino, Janice Pulvino (Kirkland Edwards) of Brooklyn, NY; great-grandchildren, Alex and Rachel Pulvino, Massimo Edwards and many caring nieces, nephews and friends. Esther was the owner of Esther's Grocery & Deli on Hart and Martin Street for 50 years. Family would like to extend many thank you's to friends and staff at Kirkhaven Nursing Home, Lifetime Care Hospice and the Northfield.
There will be no prior calling hours. Esther's Funeral Service will be celebrated Friday October 12th at 9:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 15 St. Mary's Place. Interment will be held privately. The family requests the courtesy of no flowers. Donations may be made to your favorite charity in memory of Esther.
