He is survived by his wife, Jean; sons, Michael Parmenter & David Liberacki; 4 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where his Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm.
Entombment at White Haven Memorial Park.
