Chili, New York- Eulalie Nelson, 82, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 surrounded by the love of her family.
Eulalie was born in Charleston, SC, on September 17, 1937. In 1952 Eulalie married Howard Nelson Sr. They were married for 60 years and together they raised seven children. Eulalie was a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 30 years, and she retired in 1990. In her retirement she enjoyed reading, shopping, dancing and listening to music. Her favorite group was the Temptations. She enjoyed cooking for her family who were her passion in life..
She is survived by her beloved husband, Howard, her children, Howard Nelson Jr., Anthony Nelson, Sharon Nelson, Lenard Nelson, Persephone Nelson, Quentin Nelson, and Andre Nelson, her eight grandchildren, and her three great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609, on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at West Side Cemetery, Chili, NY.
