Passed away on November 24th, 2021 at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents, Pedro and Maria Ruiz; wife, Virginia Ruiz. He is survived by his Children, Sandra (Raymond) Quinones, Darlin (Felix Silva) Ruiz, Melissa (Luis) Diaz and Flor (Denise) Ruiz Jr.; grandchildren, Johnathan, Juliana, Emma, Israel, Roman, Sean, Damien and Violet. Family will receive friends on Wednesday December 1st 2021 from 10AM - 12PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Private interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
