Predeceased by parents, Anthony and Rose Salvaggio; son, Mark France; sister, Felicia Salvaggio.
Frances is survived by her son, Greg France; grandchildren, Michael and Marc France; sister, Toni Salvaggio; nephew, Scott Galetto; close family and friends.
Frances' Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, February 8th at 9:30AM at St. Theodore's Catholic Church, 168 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY 14606.
