She is survived by her children, David Kowalski, and Donna Roddey; mother, Margaret Mazzara; grandson, Christopher Kowalski; daughter-in-law, Tammy Kowalski; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thanks to the 2nd Floor MCU at Rochester General Hospital for Francine's care.
Family will receive friends 6-8PM Wednesday at New Comer Family Funeral Home. Her Funeral Mass will be held at 10AM Thursday at Corpus Christi Church, 864 E. Main Street. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
