Passed November 29, 2018 at the age of 86.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Lillian; sisters, Doreen, Charleen (Joseph) Noto, Maguerite, Audrey.
Survived by by his son, Mark (Crishell) Ruggiero; granddaughters, Taylor and Jenson Ruggiero; siblings Marsha (Sam) Fico; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
He worked for the Post office for 34 years. Francis enjoyed baking, gardening, and collecting tropical fish.
Visitation will be December 3, 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Services will be the following day 9:30am, at St Michaels Church, 869 North Clinton Avenue, with burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
