Predeceased by his daughter, Luz Celenia; parents & 8 siblings.
He is survived by his loving wife, Leonida Medina; daughter, Margarita (Joseph) Medina- Perez; grandchildren; Alex, Joey, & Victoria; niece, Maria (Jose) Rivera; great-nephews, Eduardo & Fabian.
Family will receive friends 6 - 8 PM Monday, October 7, 2019 at First Spanish Church - The Nazarene, 99 Stonewood Ave. where his Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
