Predeceased by his mother, father and brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Lois, his sons, David and Matthew (Jenny) Baker-Austin, granddaughter Faith Ann Baker-Austin, and grandson Frank Thomas Baker-Austin.
Brothers and sisters, Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Frank was a Vietnam War Army veteran, and a member of American Legion Post 330.
He was an avid fisherman, and sports shooter.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday August 5th, 3pm to 6pm, at New Comer Funeral Home 2636 Ridgeway Ave., with military honors at 6pm.
A reception will follow at American Legion Post 330, 691 Trimmer Rd. Spencerport N.Y.
