Rochester:
Passed away surrounded by his family, September 6th at the age of 95.
He is predeceased by his parents Ralph and Nancy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Vera, his devoted daughters Donna (Paul) Christianson and Diane Cantisano. Sisters-in-law Rose Basil, Loni Williams, and Brother-in-law Frank Fortuna, and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Frank was a WWII Army veteran in the 45th infantry division and survived five invasions in Europe and Africa.
Additionally, he played the trumpet in the Army band and continued throughout his entire life.
He founded a successful business, Automotive and Industrial Supply on Saratoga Avenue, retiring in 1995.
He was passionate about music, dancing, golf, tennis and football but most of all his beloved dogs.
Frank was fun loving with a real zest for life and an awesome Husband, Dad and Uncle.
His funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 9:30am at Holy Cross Church 4492 Lake Ave. Rochester NY 14612
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Reception to follow at the Lakeshore Country Club, 1165 Greenleaf Rd, Rochester, NY 14612.
