North Chili: Passed peacefully Monday, August 1, 2016 at age 88. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years, Betty. He is survived by his son, John (Lee Kedzierski); special nephew, George Noble and other nieces and nephews. Frank was a United States Army Veteran who proudly served his country during WWII.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held Friday, August 5th at 1PM at Hillside Cemetery in Holley, NY. In lieu of flowers please consider a contribution in Frank's name to the American Cancer Society.
