Henrietta/Rochester: Passed on Sat., Apr. 9, 2016, age 63. Prede­ceased by parents, Frank & Louise Vogel; and sister, Patricia Vogel Falconer.

He is survived by broth­er William (Beth) Vogel; aunt, Rita; several nieces, nephews, cousins; best friend, Dave Sweet.

Frank was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was an avid bowler and golfer, who also enjoyed the lottery. Frank was a member of VFW Post 40 & 8, and retired after 38 years as an electrical engineer at Rochester Psychiatric Center. He was an avid fan of the Oakland Raiders, Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and NASCAR.

Family will receive friends 2-6 PM Sunday, Apr. 17, 2016, at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., followed by a Service at 6 PM.

Those who wish may gather at 11 AM at Mt. Hope Cemetery (main gate) for Frank's military honors and burial. Dona­tions may be made to the family.
