Rochester: Passed peacefully Saturday, February 18, 2017, at age 83.
Devoted and loving father. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Bisnett); his sons, Joseph (Agnes), and Michael (Julie); daughters, Yvonne, Christine (Frank), and Deborah (Krista); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Franklin was a Korean War Navy Veteran.
Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Service will be held Thursday at 10 AM.
