Friedrich Hirsch

Friedrich (Fritz) Hirsch, age 89, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025.

Fritz was predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Anna. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Gaby (John); his grandchildren, Jessica (Tim), John III, Becky (Michael), and Lizzie (Max); and his great-grandchildren, Theo and Finn. Fritz will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Born in Austria, Fritz lived a long and fulfilling life. In 1968, he moved to the United States with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Gaby, to build a new life together. Through hard work and determination, he opened his own mold shop and proudly purchased a home for his family.

A quiet and humble man, Fritz was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He took great joy in his family—especially his four grandchildren, —and in recent years, he cherished visits from his great-grandsons, Theo and Finn.

Fritz will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. Family and friends are invited to an open house celebrating his life on Friday, October 17th, from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at John and Gaby’s home.
