Rochester: Passed after a courageous battle on Thursday, August 28th 2014. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward & Shirley Smallwood. Survived by his loving children, Alyssa Smallwood, Tyler Smallwood & nephew Jay, who was like a son; first love, Gina Gasser-Quinlan; granddaughters, Kennedy & Mackenzie Gooding and Kayla Smallwood; brother, James "Woody" (Sandra); sister, Leeann ("sometimes mother"); mother-in-law, Janet Varrenti; several nieces, nephews, many special friends and family.
Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Wednesday. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
