Passed away on April 3, 2026 at the age of 83.
Predeceased by her husband Terrin L. Hover.
She is survived by her son, Kevan Hover; daughter, Andrea Whipple; grandchildren, William Whipple and Amanda Whipple; sister, Ann (Norman) Bourque; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
