Rochester: Passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at age 77. Predeceased by her parents, George W. and Genevieve Adams; sister, Mary Bolton; brother, George Adams.
Beloved and devoted mother to Deborah Yocum, Diana Canniff (Tom), Dawn Martin Cromes (Rockey), Doreen Jones (Rich); loving grandmother to Joel Backus Jr. (Lynda), Rachel Stroud, Jason Yocum, Thomas Canniff II, Aaron Yocum, Lafayette Lawrence Jr., Tyler Jones; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Irene Matthews, Kathryn Krise, Carol Barnes; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Family will receive friends 3-5 PM Thursday, October 26, 2017 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., followed by a service at 5 PM.
