Rochester: August 3, 2013 at age 72. He is predeceased by parents, George and Ida Helmer; and his faithful companion, Sassy. Survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Joyce (Herrick); son, Mark (Yvonne) and children, Austin, Christopher and Haliann; son, Jeffrey (Faith) and children, Zachary, Corie and Ambria.
Friends and family may call Saturday August 10, 2013, 6-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. His Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lollypop Farm.
