Phelps: Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 20, 2017 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by her husband, Allen C. Grandin Sr.; son-in-law, Matt Ensenat.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Skrha, Allen (Diana) Grandin Jr, Sherry (Joe) Hargrave-Cruz, Linda Grandin, Sandra Ensenat, Dawn Smith, Mark (Dawn) Grandin, Vicki (Larry) Kent; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brothers, Harry Crandall & Ronald Crandall; nieces; loving caretaker and granddaughter, Christine Grandin.
Family will receive friends 4-7 pm, Friday, February 24, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. where her Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 25, 2017.
