Geraldine "Gerry" McGlynn

Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026 at the age of 98.

Predeceased by her husband, Albert McGlynn; parents, James & Lillian Burns; son, Christopher McGlynn; brother, James Burns; grandson, Patrick McGlynn; sons-in-law, David Miller, Fred Grimaldi, Bob Ryan & Kevin Mott.

She is survived by her children, Eileen Miller, Mary Grimaldi, Margaret Colby, Anne (Joe) Claeys, Maureen Mott & Timothy (Amber) McGlynn; daughter-in-law, Priscilla McGlynn; grandchildren, John (Kim) Zwijacz, Andrew (Maggie) Miller, Lisa (Sean) Andrade, Diane (Tim) Cole, Ellen (Pat) Colby, Rebecca Schweisberger, Melanie (Todd) Lucas, Adam (Rachel) Colby, Jason (Julie) Claeys, Jonathan (Rebecca) Claeys, Laura Claeys, Christopher Claeys, Christopher (Lauren) Mott, Shawn (Kate) Mott, Tim (Sarah) Cherast, Carrie (Eric) Greenwood, Kyle (Yuching) McGlynn, Connor (Dallas) McGlynn; many more loving great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Lived a life of service to her family, patients and friends. She will be dearly missed by all.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 10, 2026 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 534 Oxford Street, Rochester, NY, 14607.

Interment to immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14612.
