Naples: Born on May 10th 1938 in New Brunswick, Canada and passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, November 13th, 2014 at age 76. Survived by son, Gerard Jr. (Shelley) LaForge; daughters, Therese (John) LaForge & Crystal (Patrick) LaForge-Yingling; step-sons, Thomas, John & Richard; many grandchildren & great grand-children; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Per Jerry's wishes there will be no Funeral Services.
