Emporium, PA /Rochester, NY: Passed peacefully at the Sunset House Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at age 76 surrounded by loving family. Predeceased by parents, Glenn and Helen Stringfellow; step-mother, Ruthe Stringfellow; brothers, Chris and Stephen Stringfellow. He is survived by his former wife, Hettie Rae Kingsbury and spouse; daughter, Barbara J. Korber; son, John G. Stringfellow; grandchildren, Jamison (Gina) Stringfellow, Katherine (George) Gould, John Anfuso; great-grandchildren, Jenna, Juliette, Cora, George; brother, David (Peggy) Stringfellow sister, Sally Nardi; ; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Glenn was a retiree of Rochester Products and member of the American Legion Post #194.
A Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Monday at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Sunset House, 3746 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617.
