Gloria T. Klink, née Thome, a devoted mother, grandmother, and lifelong servant to her community, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026, at Wegmans Cottages in Greece, New York. Born on August 27, 1926, in Rochester, Gloria’s life was marked by dedication, kindness, and a gentle spirit that touched all who knew her.
For over 25 years, Gloria served as a secretary with the Eastman Kodak Company, where her professionalism and warm nature made her a beloved figure among her colleagues. Beyond her career, Gloria’s heart belonged deeply to her family and her faith. She was a proud lifetime member of the United Methodist Church of Greece, where her spirit of service and love for others shone brightly.
Gloria’s love extended beyond her immediate circle; she was an easy listener who welcomed everyone with open arms and had a special fondness for lighthouses, symbols of guidance and hope that reflected the light she brought into so many lives. She enjoyed pastimes such as golf, which brought her great joy, and baking, a passion she shared generously with family and friends.
Her life was framed by rich relationships and enduring love. Gloria is survived by her loving daughter Karen (Scott) Noble and her daughter-in-law, Donna Klink. Her legacy continues vibrantly through her grandchildren: Ryan (Breana), Patrick Noble, David (Kristen), Kyle (Melany), and Matthew (Heidi) Klink. The family circle extends to great-grandchildren Kasey, Silas, Aria, Prim, Bryan Klink, Jaxson, and Avery Noble, each a living testament to Gloria’s nurturing spirit.
Gloria’s journey was shaped by the memories of those who preceded her, including her beloved parents, Frank and Helen Thome; her dear husband of 63 years, Robert, who died in 2010; and her sons Brian and William Klink; and her sister and brother-in-law, Eleanor and Burton Bennett.
A humble and genuine soul, Gloria’s warmth will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered. As family and friends gather to honor her life, they will celebrate a woman whose strength, faith, and love made the world a better place.
The burial service will be held by the family privately. A memorial service will be held on April 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Greece United Methodist Church, 1924 Maiden Ln, Rochester, NY 14626, offering a time for all whose lives she touched to come together in celebration and remembrance.
Gloria T. Klink’s legacy is one of unwavering love and inspiration— a light guiding her family and friends, warmly remembered and cherished always.
