Pillion, Helen Marie (Johnson)
Rochester: Passed away Aug. 11, 2011, at age 79. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl A. Schneider & her husband, Kalju "Karl" Schneider; grandchildren, Cheryl A. Fisher, Mary E. Selden & her husband Curt Selden, and Courneen (Mike) Collins; & great-grandchildren, Gage Cota, Samantha Fisher, Victoria Collins & Michael Collins. Helen was an athlete and Kodak model as a teenager. Her career as an executive secretary proved her dedication to hard work and excellent customer service. Her passions were singing, playing the piano, writing (including short stories, poems and a play), and composing music (love songs, hymns, musicals & jingles). Everyone loved to gather around the piano for her rousing singalongs. She will be greatly missed.
Visiting will be held Wednesday, Aug. 17th from 9 AM-12 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. To share a special memory, please visit:
