Helen Rose Puchyr
Webster: Passed away on May 6th, 2013 at age 88. Born on November 11th 1924 in Lyons NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Emma Bojczuk. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Raymond Stanly Puchyr; two daughters Patricia and Carol, son John and daughter in law Ann, wife to late son Richard; four grandchildren, Phillip, Nicole, Tiffany and Benjamin and one great-grandchild, Gianna.
Helen was a loving woman who was always willing to give. Helen often was found in the kitchen baking cakes and cookies for friends and family. Helen's family has many fond memories of her famous perogies and cabbage rolls each holiday. Helen also often donated to various charities that she believed in.
The family has requested no prior calling hours. Church Memorial services will be conducted at 9:15 AM on Friday, May, 2013 at St. Rita's Church, 1008 Maple Road, Webster, NY 14580. Final resting place will be at Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY; The family will receive friends and family following the morning services.
