Irondequoit: Peacefully went home to heaven and is now playing Scrabble with Bernie. On Monday, December 17th, 2012 at age 93. She is predeceased by her 1st husband, 2nd Lt. Norman J. Rogers, Jr.; sisters, Madeline (Jack) Lancer, Bernice (Irv) Bramer; sister-in-law, Arline Monna; brother, Frank (Margie) Monna and members of the Rogers Family. Survived by husband of 62 years, Roy P. Ruf; son, Michael (Patricia) Ruf; daughter, Madeline (Paul) Rogers Ruf Teremy; grandchildren, Beth (Wayne) Anderson, Jennifer Teremy, Rebecca (Steve) Spector, Sarah Teremy, Christi, Catherine and Clare Ruf; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Gibson, Benjamin, Lauren, Nora and Lily Rose; sisters, Agnes Monna and Evelyn Monna; brother, Jack Monna; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 20th at 10 AM at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church, 401 Rogers Pkwy., Rochester, NY 14617. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery immediately after the Mass. No prior calling hours.
