Henry Brown, a devoted father and dedicated professional, passed away on December 20, 2025, in Rochester, New York, at the age of 71. He was born on November 14, 1954, in Williston, South Carolina, to Freddy Brown and Mamie Lee Carter, who predeceased him.

Henry spent his career contributing significantly as a maintenance worker at Strong Memorial Hospital and Eastman Kodak Company. His commitment to his work was matched only by his love for his family. He is survived by his two daughters, Christina and Damara Brown, 9 grandchildren and his brothers, George Brown, Roosevelt Carter.

A visitation for Henry will take place on December 30, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Both services will be held at NewComer Funeral Home, Eastside, located at 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609.

In honoring Henry's memory, we reflect on a life devoted to service and family, remembering him as a loving parent and a kind-hearted individual who touched many lives. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
