March 5, 2016 at age 83 He is predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Joan and son, Paul.
He is survived by his children, Stephen (Leslie) Wehner, Karen (James) Zajac, David (Diane) Wehner and Kathryn (Keith) Martin; 12 loving grandchildren,
sister, Rosemary Nissen, sister-in-law Dorothy (Richard) Hodes, brother-in-law William (Diana) Hertweck; many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 3pm-7pm on Monday March 7th, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd Rochester NY 14609, a funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday March 8th, at St. Ambrose Church, 25 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609.
Henry (Hank) served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a long time employee of Xerox Corporation where he received numerous awards for his outstanding work. Hank was a member of the Laurelton Fire Department for 55 years where he served as Chief and Commissioner. He was also a long time Battalion Coordinator for the Monroe County Fire Bureau, along with a communicant at Peace of Christ Church (St. Ambrose).
