SMSgt Herman E. Preddy has joined his beloved wife Jean Preddy. In eternal peace on Saturday October 10, 2026.
Predeceased by his parents, Jasper and Bessie Preddy. Brother, James Robert Preddy. Nephews, Mark and David Preddy. Stepson. Douglis Fletcher. Great granddaughter, Honey Lejean.
Survived by his stepdaughters, Kathy Jones, Leisa (Roger) Sabernick. Grandchildren, Heather (Chris) Ayers, Kimberly (John) Latham, Kari Jones, & Allen (Courtney) Sabernick; great-grandchildren, Madison, Maydelle, Henry, Adley Jean, & Matthew. Nieces Janet (Warren) Hollopeter, Cindy (Randy) Love. Nephew, James (Barbara) Preddy Jr.
The family will receive friends 1-3pm Thursday, October 15, 2026 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (West of Long Pond Rd.) Interment was private in Grove Place Cemetery.
