Gates: March 2, 2008 at age 93. Predeceased by wife, Lois. He is survived by his sons, Lawrence (Elizabeth) and Irvan Jr. Prodrick; daughter, Dawn (Dean) Wright; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may attend calling 4-8 PM Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Private service and Interment at Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice.
