Jacqueline A. Barney

Passed away on January 22, 2026 at the age of 69.

Predeceased by her parents, William and Ruth McGahan; & brother, Jay McGahan.

She is survived by her husband, David Barney; son, Jason Betters; step-daughters, Sandy DiPasquale and Karen (Larry) Perkins; daughters, Rachel (Rick) Luther & Audra Christ; grandchildren, Brayden, Alexis, Ethan, Patrick, & Alexander; great-granddaughter, Ava; father to her son, Tim Betters; many nieces, nephews, cousins & close friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 31, from 12-3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jackie's honor to: Gates Volunteer Ambulance, 1001 Elmgrove Rd, Rochester, NY 14624.
