Survived by his father, Brian (Marjorie) Case and mother, Esther Barron.
Daughter, Alexandra Case.
Fiancee, Tammy Howell; 2 special children, Mike and Breanna.
His brother, Timothy Case; sister, Kimberly Ellis and many nieces and nephews.
Jim was a proud team member of Rochester General Hospital and longtime family member of the Olympia Family Restaurant.
Family will receive friends Monday 3-6 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where his Service will be held at 6 PM.
Private interment.
