He is predeceased by his wife, Marguerite Bynum.
Survived by his children, Donald (Jackie) Knighton, Sharon Johnson, Charlene Jones, Janet (Reggie) Sherrill, Michael Bynum, Lynda (Virgil) Dixon and James B. Bynum; grandchildren, Michael Dungey, Jr., Tina Cotton-Greenlea, Alden and Tyrone Burno and many many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Thursday 11-2 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where his Service will follow at 2PM.
Private Interment.
