Rochester: Passed peacefully January 23, 2011 at age 65. He will be missed by his loving wife, Geraldine "Gerry" (Romano); children, Shellianne Ciurca, Steve Ciurca; sister, Dee Penisse; and his dogs, Markie and Delilah. Jim was a retired United States Army Staff Sgt. after 30 years.
Family will receive friends Wednesday 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 27th 9:30 AM at St. Pius The Tenth Church, 3010 Chili Ave. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
