Passed away on, June 25th, 2016 at the age of 81.

Predeceased by his,first wife Mary Rissew, He is survived by his devoted Wife, Norma L, Sons Kenneth (Monica), Kevin (Barbara) and Michael (Deborah),Daughter Sarah (David) Stagnitto, Step-children Christopher Hopkins, David (Billy) Hopkins, and B.Scott (Darlene) Hopkins, 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren along with several cousins and close friend Charles Michels.

Family will receive friends from 4PM -7PM Followed by a memorial service at 7PM on Thursday June 30th, 2016, at New Comer Funeral Home,6 Empire Blvd, Rochester NY 14609.

Interment will be private at Marion Cemetery in Marion NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in James name to Living Word Assembly Of God, 2344 Ridge Rd, Ontario, NY 14519.
