Passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 70.

Predeceased by his parents, Raymond & Betty Glathar; & brothers, Dan Glathar & Raymond "Corky" Glathar.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sharon Glathar; children, Sean Glathar, Alexander (Renae) Glathar; best four-legged friend, Jeter; sister, Mary Jo (Graham) Stables; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jim's larger than life charm, quick wit and generosity enriched the lives of all who had the good fortune to meet him. He was one of nature's true gentlemen, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15 from 2:30-5:30pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Memorial Service will follow at 5:30pm.
