It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of James Louis Scott, a husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin and friend.
Born on November 11, 1958, in Andrews, South Carolina, James peacefully left this world on August 18, 2026, after a courageous and private battle with cancer at the age of 67.
Family will receive friends 10:00 am - 11:00 am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609, where his Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 am. Family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched are invited to join in honoring his memory.
Interment at Falls Cemetery (Ridge Road Cemetery), corner of Ridge Rd. & Latona Rd..
