Horn, Jane M.
Passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at age 90. She was predeceased by her parents, Herbert & Mary Reinschmidt; sister, Virginia Ehmann; husband, Robert. She is survived by her son, Michael (Gayla) Horn; daughter, Anne (Todd) Ingraham; grandchildren, Matthew (Tanisha), Kyle (Molly Redden); and nieces and nephews. Jane was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of St. John's Home Hastings 2 for the care and compassion given to Jane during her stay.
Services will be held privately. Please consider a donation to the Humane Society at Lollypop nFarm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450.
