Jaqueline T. Jaffarian

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family Jacqueline passed away at the age of 85 on November 1, 2026.

She is predeceased by her parents, Michael and Frances Insalaco, brother Nelson (Janet) Insalaco, daughters Georgeann Johnson and Tammy Jaffarian, their Father George Jaffarian and their granddaughter, Carolyn Coccitti.

She is survived by her loving children Dawn (Jim) Lieberman, Marie (Raymond) Kozak, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and her lifelong friend Suzanne Rowe.

Jackie’s heart and purpose in life were deeply rooted in her faith and family. Her greatest joys were loving and caring for those closest to her, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her world. Her family was her greatest accomplishment, her proudest legacy, and the reason behind so much of what she did.

Her love was woven into every meal she prepared, every gift she made, every tradition she kept, and every moment she shared with her family. She found simple pleasures in gardening, cooking, sewing, playing cards, and a trip to the casino. She will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, her devotion to her family, and the countless ways she made people feel loved.

The family will receive friends 3-6pm Wednesday November 11, 2026 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (west of Long Pond Rd.) On Thursday morning assemble at 11:00am at St Mark's Roman Catholic Church, 54 Kuhn Rd, Rochester, NY 14612 for her mass of Christian burial. Interment is private.
