Webster: Passed peacefully Sunday, April 3, 2016 at age 76. He was born February 14, 1940 in Rifle. CO. He was predeceased by his brothers, Carl, Bruce and Frank. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Terry; daughter, Jonelle; son, Robert; sister, Adell; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews; his thoughtful and caring New York and Oregon families and many exceptional friends around the country. Jay led an extraordinary and colorful life. He was a Navy Veteran and spent 25 years as a Sailor on the Alaskan Marine Highway.
Jay will always be remembered by his wife Terry as the kindest, most gentle, loving person she had ever known and she will truly miss him.
A casual celebration of Jay's life will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 form 1-4 PM at the Knights of Columbus, 70 Barret Drive, Webster, NY. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
