Jeff is predeceased by his father, Vincent Parlato, his brother, John Parlato, and his sister, Jeanine Parlato.
He is survived by his mother, June Parlato, his brother, James Parlato, his nephew, Jesse Parlato, and his beloved fiancé, Jean Reed.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609 on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 4:00pm-7:00pm with a prayer service to immediately follow.
