Passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 31, 2016 at age 31. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Carl Moore, Loretta Welker and Ireland and Margaret Kinser. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Terry Kinser, children: Lucas and his mother Melissa Brown, Madison and her mother, Valerie Marriott, sister: Kelly (Jason) Evans, brother: Jason ( Brittani) Kinser and nieces, nephews and cousins, best friend; Matt Fudge and many, many dear friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 12 from 4-8Pm at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where a memorial service will follow calling hours at 8PM.
