Greece: February 14, 2013 at age 69. He is predeceased by his parents, Johnny and Dorothy Johnson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Karen A. Johnson; sons, Brian and Jeremy Johnson; daughter, Liz Alber; grandchildren, Adam and Keegan Alber; brother and sister, Richard Johnson and Elaine (Bob) Turner and several nieces and nephews.
