She is survived by her parents Dwayne and Jennifer Heintz; father of her beloved children Earl Phillips; children, Earl, William and Wendeline;
grandmother Margaret Hughes along with many aunts; uncles; cousins and friends. Jessica was a dedicated employee of Wegmans at Caulkins Rd.
Family will receive friends from 4PM - 7PM on Saturday April 15th, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave Rochester NY 14626.
