Survived by her husband Charles Higgins, Sons; Kevin (Pearl), Daniel, Brian (Leslie) Higgins.
Sister; Diane (Gary) Kruppenbacher. 4 grandchildren, loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends 4-8pm Thursday June 7, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (corner of Long Pond Rd. ) On Friday morning at 9:30 am, June 8, 2018, friends may meet at St. Theodore's Church 168 Spencerport Rd. Rochester, NY 14606 for her mass of Christian burial. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers , friends may make contributions to The American Cancer Society at https://donate3.cancer.org. in memory of Joan.
