Born September 18, 1939 in Nichols, NY passed July 19, 2021.
Predeceased by her parents, Walter and Marian White; sisters, Vivian Verno, Esther Waite, Regina White: brother, Frederick White.
Survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Raymond; son, Carlton D. (Kathleen); daughter Carrie L. (James) DeNearing; grandchildren, Zachary C. Abigail A.
Joan was a loving mother, wife and grandmother.
Visitation will be Tuesday July 27, 4-7pm service at 7pm at New Comer Cremations Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Burial will be Thursday July 29, 11am at Camptown Cemetery, Wyalusing, PA.
