Greece: Saturday, September 19th 2015 at age 85. Survived by her son Mark; sister Doris Tangry; grandson Eddie (fiance Katie) Turbeville and baby Aspen; beloved nieces & nephews; her adopted family Bob & Kerri Claffey and their children, Andrew, Adam & Katelyn. Joan was predeceased by her husband Bud (Irwin); daughters Frances and Celeste; her parents; her sister Carol and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Saturday September 26th at Victory Community Church, 1619 Manitou Rd, Rochester, NY 14626. Luncheon reception will follow.
