McKnight, Joan M. (Stiles)

Rochester: August 10, 2013 at age 88.

She is predeceased by her sister, Doris Stiles Stumpf. She is surivived by her husband of 67 years, Tom; her children, Richard (Janice), Barbara (Dan) Arnet, David (Barbara), John (Margie) and Fred (Sue);



11 Grandchildren: Kimberly (Curt) Cashman, Danielle (Doug) Williams, Jason (Jaime), Cheryl Arnet, Elizabeth (Robert) Moody, Christopher, Andrew (Nicole), Catherine, Jennifer, Shawn and Matthew.
12 Great Grandchildren: Benjamin, Samuel, Oliver, Ashleigh, Gavin, Lillian, Aiden, Emma, Morgan, Marquet, James and Abigail.

Many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.



Joan was active for many years with Kodak Park #41 School PTA and the Monroe County School District PTA. She was a volunteer tutor with the HUG (Help Us Grow) after school program in the late '80's. A much loved Sunday School teacher at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Joan worked at St John's Lutheran Church on Ridge Rd East for 37 years.



In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or charity of your choice.

Friends may call Sunday 5-8:30PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1549 Dewey Ave. Interment, Falls Cemetery.
