Joanne is a person of deep faith was taken home February 17, 2021 at the age of 88, to be with her parents, Loretta & Leonard Kamien; brother, Leonard; & a host of close & dear friends.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bob; sister in law, Jean Whetstone; & many cousins & god children.
She liked all who befriended her & made everyone feel at home.
Special thanks to Joanne's caregiver Danthia Voelkl & Doctor Cahn Hidalgo who helped her through her journey. Of our three dogs Lily was her constant companion.
Calling will be Wednesday February 24, 9-11am, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Services following at 11:30am at St. Stanislaus, burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers please consider a charity of your choice.
